I have already bought the test, what do I do now?

1. Check your email

You should have received a purchase confirmation email (or the person you bought the test from). This is the email you have to show at the test centre (either on your mobile or printed). In this email you will also have the following information that we will tell you below.


2. Information about test centres

Not all centres offer all the tests and each centre has its own timetable. You can see which centres offer the test on the map at the bottom of the page of the test you have purchased. We also provide the map link in the purchase confirmation email.


By clicking on each centre you can see their opening hours and whether or not they require an appointment. If an appointment is required, contact the centre's telephone number to make an appointment.


3. Complete your health profile

If you have not yet completed your health profile, complete it by visiting your account on our website before performing the analysis. The health profile is a questionnaire with important information so that our doctors can interpret your analysis and give you personalised recommendations based on your comments. It only takes two minutes!


4. Take the test

You can take the test up to 1 month after purchase. Don't forget to bring your confirmation email on your mobile (or print it out) and your ID to identify yourself at the centre.

Many of the biomarkers require you to have fasted on the day of the test to give reliable results.

5. Access your results

When your results are ready, you will receive an SMS notification. You will be able to access your results in the "My results" section of your Melio account. 


All your results will be saved in "My results" so you can see how your results evolve over time.
