Yes, as long as they are over 14 years old and you are their parent or legal guardian.
You can order the test from your own account with the following process:
Once you have registered, the "Identification" tab will appear before payment. In the "Buy for" dropdown you will need to select "For someone else". You will need the following details of the person who is going to take the test:
Name and Surname
Identification Document (NIF or passport)
Date of Birth
When you do this, an account will be created within your account for the minor. You will be able to access it from the top right menu (drop-down) by clicking on "Change account". There you will be able to find the results of the tests the child has taken.
